🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve large-scale distributed systems for scalability and reliability.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted development practices across engineering teams.
• Define technical vision and strategy, aligning with product and organizational goals.
• Drive resolution of complex technical issues and improve system observability.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with large-scale distributed systems on public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficiency in Rust, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with microservices architectures and containerization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML tooling integration.
• Background in cybersecurity or IT management software.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML.
