Description

You'll build a self-service platform to automate infrastructure, deployments, and operations, enabling engineering teams to focus on delivering business value. You will design CI/CD pipelines, ephemeral environments, and observability systems to eliminate friction in the development lifecycle.

Requirements

5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
Mastery of AWS cloud provider
Solid experience with Kubernetes and microservices
Expertise in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)

Responsibilities

Design and maintain a developer portal (Backstage.io) with self-service workflows for environment creation and permissions
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitOps, canary deployments, and automated rollback
Design and implement ephemeral/preview environments for each PR/branch with automated lifecycle management
Implement intelligent alerting, dashboards, and SLI/SLO metrics with auto-remediation runbooks
Evolve infrastructure as code (Terraform) and implement automated security controls and policy as code
