Description

As an AI Engineering Intern at OPSWAT, you'll contribute to the development of AI-powered systems, including the AI Insights go-to-market platform and chatbot systems. You'll work with teams to integrate AI into CRM and enterprise data, gaining hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems in a global cybersecurity company.

Requirements

• Familiar with Python and Node.js
• Knowledge of AI Agentic, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Experience in training custom GPT models
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good English proficiency (reading and writing)

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing features for AI Insights platform
• Help build AI capabilities for customer data analysis and engagement signals
• Maintain and improve data pipelines for CRM and enterprise data
• Assist in developing OPSWAT AI Assistant and chatbot systems
• Contribute to improving RAG pipelines integrating enterprise data
