You'll lead Core Operations in LATAM, owning operational performance and resilience for Payments, Non-Payments, and Enablement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a cross-functional CoreOps team across Payments, Non-Payments, and Enablement.
• Ensure stability and resilience of acquiring operations including settlement, payouts, and reconciliation.
• Oversee operational performance of non-transactional products like SumUp Business Account and subscriptions.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to align operations with business priorities.

• Proven experience leading teams in complex operational environments.
• Strong people leadership skills with ability to delegate and drive execution.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across Operations, Finance, or Engineering.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-impact environments.
