Description

You'll own ComplyAdvantage's flagship transaction monitoring product, a core compliance capability for regulated financial institutions. Your role is to maintain its competitive edge through AI-driven features, iterate on customer and market feedback, and work with a dedicated squad to deliver commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep domain knowledge of transaction monitoring: rule configuration, alert generation, investigation workflows, SAR filing, regulatory frameworks (4AMLD/5AMLD/6AMLD, FinCEN, FCA)
• Experience as a senior product manager with commercial accountability and disciplined operating model
• Understanding of ML and LLM capabilities relevant to transaction monitoring (anomaly detection, risk scoring, false positive reduction)
• Ability to engage with compliance buyers and translate operational pain points into product specs
• Track record of maintaining and extending a product lead in a competitive market

Responsibilities

• Own transaction monitoring product area with GM mindset, accountable for commercial success
• Drive competitive advantage through AI-based capabilities like rules builder and anomaly detection
• Engage directly with enterprise compliance customers to understand pain points and inform product decisions
• Own product requirements through structured planning process (PRDs, requirement documents)
• Manage cross-tribe dependencies with Data and Platform teams
