📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing software engineers across seniority levels.
• Strong foundation in system design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native systems (React, Python, TypeScript).
• Experience building high-quality, reliable systems and evaluating tradeoffs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GraphQL-based APIs and service architectures.
• Experience building mobile applications or platforms.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or real-time data processing.
