You'll manage a portfolio of ecommerce merchants and guide them through product adoption and AI-powered workflow optimization. You'll serve as a strategic partner to ensure customers maximize value from Gorgias.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage 70-80 ecommerce customer accounts
  • Run regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
  • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and integrations
  • Monitor account health and mitigate churn risks

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience managing multiple customers in a SaaS environment
  • Strong communicator able to run structured customer conversations
  • Curious and proactive with hands-on execution skills
