You'll manage a portfolio of ecommerce merchants and guide them through product adoption and AI-powered workflow optimization. You'll serve as a strategic partner to ensure customers maximize value from Gorgias.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage 70-80 ecommerce customer accounts
- Run regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and integrations
- Monitor account health and mitigate churn risks
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience managing multiple customers in a SaaS environment
- Strong communicator able to run structured customer conversations
- Curious and proactive with hands-on execution skills
