🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve code structure and architecture across your team.
• Lead project planning with Product and Design.
• Simplify maintenance and operation of production systems.
• Mentor colleagues and conduct engineering interviews.

📋 Requirements

• Go, Ruby/Rails, Python, Scala, or Rust experience.
• PostgreSQL or MySQL relational database experience.
• Experience managing web architecture at scale (20krpm+).
• Experience breaking down large projects and guiding implementation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Redis, DynamoDB, or ElasticSearch.
• Knowledge of distributed systems or microservices.
