🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend systems and data flows
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to deployment
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software development with strong backend skills
• Experience building and operating production-grade distributed systems
• Strong system design and architecture understanding
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Experience with audience segmentation or user data platforms
• Experience with large-scale data systems or real-time pipelines
