Requirements

  • 2+ years quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Achieved at least 95% of annual quota and 90% of monthly targets
  • Self-source 30% of deals through proactive efforts
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Deep product knowledge and ability to communicate value

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline roughly twice your quota
  • Generate 30% of pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, calls, emails)
  • Own the sales cycle from discovery to closing, targeting 40% win rate
  • Lead discovery calls, live demos, and negotiations
  • Maintain forecast accuracy within 10% using Salesforce
