Requirements
- 2+ years quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
- Achieved at least 95% of annual quota and 90% of monthly targets
- Self-source 30% of deals through proactive efforts
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Deep product knowledge and ability to communicate value
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline roughly twice your quota
- Generate 30% of pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, calls, emails)
- Own the sales cycle from discovery to closing, targeting 40% win rate
- Lead discovery calls, live demos, and negotiations
- Maintain forecast accuracy within 10% using Salesforce
