You will empower engineering teams to excel by coaching agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll act as a servant leader, ensuring teams deliver high-quality software while growing in self-organization and ownership.

Requirements

• 3+ years dedicated experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies
• Demonstrated coaching mindset with mentoring experience
• Proficient with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Empower teams to run their own ceremonies with support and guidance
• Promote transparency using Agile dashboards (burn-down charts, flow metrics)
• Coach teams toward self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics to identify bottlenecks
• Partner with Product Owner to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
