You'll drive adoption and expansion of Okta's Identity platform for enterprise customers, building strategies to accelerate their success and mitigate churn. This role connects customer needs with internal teams like Sales, Product, and Engineering.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop roadmaps and strategies to accelerate customer success and growth.
- Mitigate churn risk and identify growth opportunities within your book of business.
- Create strategic success plans aligned with customer goals and track progress.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with key decision-makers.
๐ Requirements
- Customer success management experience with a technical platform or solution.
- Enterprise environment experience building trusted relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive product adoption and expansion.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experience with consulting-style questioning to uncover customer needs.
- Familiarity with Okta products or identity solutions.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
