You'll coordinate and manage projects for DailyPay's Customer Operations team, ensuring R&D projects are delivered on time and meet operational requirements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Compliance to drive project success. 📋 Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in call centers
• Proven experience balancing stakeholder needs
• Expert level knowledge of project management
• Familiarity with customer support tech stack
