You'll design and deploy machine learning solutions for retrieval, classification, and generative AI in a mission-driven clinical environment. You'll apply state-of-the-art language models to complex clinical data, translating healthcare challenges into scalable production systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy advanced ML algorithms for retrieval, classification, and generative use cases
• Draw insights from massive datasets using statistical analysis and data visualizations
• Develop reliable and scalable production ML systems
• Provide ML best practice guidance to junior engineers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in applied ML in industry with a masters degree
• Expert in Python with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)
• Experience with generative AI and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Clear understanding of model building, maintenance, and production optimization
