💼 About This Role

You'll own purchase order execution and inbound logistics for new product introduction builds at Heron Power, a startup building cutting-edge power electronics. You'll place and manage POs, coordinate domestic and international shipments, and track milestones to keep builds on schedule. This role offers the chance to build repeatable processes and lightweight automations in a fast-moving company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage POs with accurate pricing and delivery dates
• Coordinate inbound shipments end-to-end with forwarders and customs brokers
• Track shipment milestones and escalate risks early
• Partner with receiving/warehouse to ensure correct deliveries

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in purchasing, inbound logistics, or supply chain operations
• Strong working knowledge of PO lifecycle and supplier coordination
• Experience managing international shipments and freight forwarders
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/MRP tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with landed cost tracking and freight bill auditing
• Exposure to planning concepts like MRP signals and safety stock
• Data/BI skills (Power BI/Tableau)
