Join us as a freelance AI Trainer to help build the next generation of AI by applying your medical expertise. You will interact with advanced language models on clinical scenarios, verify factual accuracy, document model errors, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. This is a remote contract role focused on training AI to support healthcare and scientific discovery.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD, DO) or master's/PhD in health sciences field
• Clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, or hospital-based practice
• Fluency in German required
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
