💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily service operations for an industrial and commercial electrical team, managing technicians and driving profitability. Your role ensures safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while leading field teams and enforcing OSHA/NEC standards. You'll be the key point of contact for repeat customers and property managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Service Division including service calls and projects
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to maximize productivity
• Review and approve service estimates, T&M work, and pricing
• Lead, coach, and hold technicians accountable to safety and quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Prior experience managing service technicians or field teams
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Experience running or growing a service department
• Familiarity with service management or dispatch software
