Description

You will lead integrated demand and supply planning strategies to maximize fill rates, optimize inventory, and drive supply chain efficiency. You will foster cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to create a responsive and cost-effective supply chain that meets evolving market demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations
• 5+ years in leadership or managerial roles (Consumer Goods Industry preferred)
• Proven experience with S&OP/IBP processes, forecasting, and inventory optimization
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand planning for data-driven forecasts across all sectors
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align forecasts with budget
• Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy (MAPE/BIAS/Outlier)
• Oversee supply planning to optimize inventory and reduce slow-moving/obsolete stock
• Champion data systems and tools for efficiency and scenario planning
