💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site technical support for AI-powered robotic systems at a customer facility in Icheon, Korea. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize customer downtime and build trust. This role includes a shuttle bus from major cities and flexible shift schedules.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide on-site support during operational shifts
• Troubleshoot OSARO system errors on site
• Document errors and escalate to engineering teams
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance on robotic equipment

📋 Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure in front of customers
• Proven experience learning and working with technical systems
• Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
• Passion for problem-solving with mechanical or electrical systems

• Experience in automation or warehouse environments
• Experience with Linux operating system
• Proficiency in Python or Rust programming
