💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement robust integrations between client systems and the Toku platform. Your work ensures critical data flows reliably and securely, delivering maximum product value. You'll combine software development with technical leadership, working directly with clients on integration projects and collaborating with Engineering and Operations teams to improve existing integrations and raise technical standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end integrations between client systems and Toku.
• Consume and integrate APIs, webhooks, and other data exchange mechanisms.
• Lead technical communication with client counterparts during integration projects.
• Develop internal tools and tooling to facilitate the integration team's work.

📋 Requirements

• Software development experience using at least one programming language, ideally Python.
• Practical experience consuming and integrating REST APIs in production environments.
• Experience integrating real business systems (ERP, CRM, payments, billing, messaging, etc.).
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization standards like OAuth 2.0, API Keys, JWT.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with low-code/no-code integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Tray, Retool).
• Experience working in cloud environments (ideally GCP).
• Experience designing integrations with focus on resilience, retries, idempotency, and observability.
