💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an excellent customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and ensure their success. You'll also support daily operations and help meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Love of music and pop culture.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
