You'll lead large-scale flight testing operations as a technical leader, blending systems engineering with hands-on execution. You'll own complex test campaigns, resolve technical blockers, and translate results into engineering insights. This role stands out for its impact on autonomous logistics and global operations.

  • Plan and prioritize flight test campaigns
  • Execute complex flight tests and monitor systems
  • Debug and resolve hardware, software, and controls issues
  • Analyze flight data and generate actionable reports
  • Mentor junior flight test operators

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Technical degree in Engineering, UAS, Aviation or related discipline
  • 2+ years in aviation, robotics, or autonomous systems testing
  • Part 107 License required prior to starting
  • US citizenship or Permanent Residency

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with FAA Type Certification activities
  • Experience leading multi-week validation campaigns
  • Shift lead experience
