Description

You will manage and grow relationships with key government customers in the MENA region, acting as the voice of the customer within BlackSky to ensure alignment between mission needs and product delivery. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and account growth while directly contributing to BlackSky's presence in government and defense organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or analytical field
• 8+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Program Management supporting government/defense
• 5+ years delivering geospatial or imagery products and services
• 3-5 years managing government/large commercial accounts with renewal responsibility
• Experience supporting international Ministries of Defense

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships for key international government customers
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic government accounts
