Description

You will apply analytical rigor and structured thinking to drive workforce planning, data infrastructure, and operational execution in the People team. You will build dashboards, manage retention programs, lead cross-functional projects, and modernize People operations with AI and automation. Your work will directly shape how the company hires, develops, and retains talent.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or strategy operations at high-growth company
• Exceptional analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tool experience preferred
• Strong project management and ability to run multiple workstreams
• Clear communicator able to package complex analysis for senior audiences
• Located within 45 minutes of NYC and able to work 4+ days/week in office

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain workforce analytics dashboards and models
• Drive execution of People programs (performance cycles, onboarding, engagement surveys)
• Own company retention programs (HiPo, Analyst/Associate Council)
• Lead cross-functional projects across People, Finance, and Operations
• Identify automation opportunities and modernize People team workflows
