🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy experiments
• Design, develop, test, and monitor code in production autonomously
• Work with Engineering Manager and Product Manager to frame and execute projects
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and propose implementations

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Backend development
• Strong proficiency in Java/Scala
• Hands-on production knowledge including release, observability, troubleshooting
• Experience with large-scale, high-throughput, distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go or Python
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra
