💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic development and execution of corporate campaigns across Europe for a global coalition of animal protection organizations. You'll manage regional staff, strengthen member alignment, and drive coordinated action to end the abuse of chickens. This role offers the chance to shape a growing program and work with 80+ member organizations across 70+ countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of two direct reports
• Develop and execute OWA strategy across Europe
• Build and maintain relationships with member organizations
• Oversee regional grant decisions and resource allocation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in corporate campaigning or coalition-based advocacy
• Proven team leadership and staff management experience
• Strong understanding of European animal protection landscape
• Authorization to work in one of the specified countries
