💼 About This Role

You'll help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You'll ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. This role includes frequent travel to assigned locations in the Charlotte region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and troubleshoot issues
• Write and maintain custom scripts for system efficiency

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
• Proven experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux environments
• Experience with monitoring systems
