💼 About This Role

You'll help enterprise customers accelerate adoption of Kong's API and AI Connectivity platform through hands-on implementation, automation, and solution engineering. You'll build production-grade solutions in real-world environments, working directly with customer engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges. This role combines software engineering, architecture, and customer delivery in a growing Professional Services organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and implement Kong solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
• Lead hands-on implementation for API gateways, AI gateways, and service mesh
• Build automation frameworks, migration tooling, and reusable accelerators
• Drive migration initiatives from legacy API management platforms to Kong

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing engineering or platform engineering roles
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure expertise
• Experience with API gateways or distributed systems platforms
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages
