Description

You will design, implement, and enforce compliance programs for Oscar's health insurance operations, leading efforts to meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. You'll manage compliance for Qualified Health Plans, oversee privacy, and drive strategic improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years healthcare compliance experience with managerial experience
• 10+ years HIPAA Privacy experience
• 5+ years applying state/federal health insurance statutes for reporting and audit
• 5+ years preparing reports for boards of directors
• Operational or internal audit experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Compliance team in monitoring, audits, and reporting across lines of business
• Provide advisory and investigatory support to functional teams in partnership with Legal
• Manage regulatory relationships and coordinate responses to audit obligations
• Structure compliance analytics processes for board oversight
• Develop strategy to meet industry standards and lead team performance management
