You'll lead the design for SolarWinds Network Infrastructure Observability (NIO), working in a global design community. Your work will directly impact how IT professionals monitor and troubleshoot critical infrastructure in real-time. This role offers end-to-end ownership of the UX vision from discovery to production-ready deliverables.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead UX design for Network Infrastructure Observability platform
• Collaborate with global design community of 18 professionals
• Work in tandem with local UX colleague
• Evolve shared design system and component libraries

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years designing enterprise SaaS or complex B2B applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing data-rich, workflow-driven product experiences
• Expertise in Figma and systems thinking
• Proven ability to design for complex data hierarchies and large-scale workflows

• Experience designing for network monitoring, observability, or developer tools
