💼 About This Role

You'll act as a pivotal commercial and delivery lead for high-stakes AI transformation in UK national security. You'll bridge cutting-edge AI research and operational mission needs. This role offers the chance to work on mission-critical projects at the frontier of AI safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects from scoping to implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and government partners on AI solutions.
• Manage project development to maximize value for national security.
• Develop and execute proposals to grow impact across the sector.
• Mentor peers and build robust processes within the team.

📋 Requirements

• Solid foundation in the National Security domain.
• Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering technical projects, ideally in AI.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
