💼 About This Role
You'll drive adoption of EliseAI's AI agents within strategic enterprise customers in the multifamily housing industry. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. This role offers uncapped commissions and the chance to shape a hyper-growth startup's playbook.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Work with C-Suite and VP executives to drive EliseAI adoption
- Own pipeline from prospecting to closing and upsell
- Manage closed accounts and collaborate with SDRs and Customer Success Managers
- Provide customer feedback to guide product requirements and market positioning
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years sales experience with enterprise customers
- Minimum annual quota of $1.6M of SaaS revenue
- Experience at a hyper-growth startup with >100% YoY growth
- Demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
