You'll manage your own caseload and represent clients in removal proceedings as part of a premier law firm. Your work will have a direct impact on clients' rights and freedom. You'll collaborate with a supportive team of immigration attorneys and legal assistants.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage caseload of immigration cases
• Represent clients in removal proceedings
• Conduct intake and strategy consultations
• Prepare and submit immigration applications and legal briefs

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Immigration Law Experience
• Active bar membership in Puerto Rico
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Experience with family-based petitions and EOIR
