💼 About This Role

You'll partner with suppliers to improve quality and performance in Aerospace/Defense programs. You'll lead DFMEA and PFMEA risk analysis and drive corrective actions. This role offers exposure to mission-critical supply chain challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with suppliers to improve quality, delivery, and manufacturing performance
• Conduct on-site supplier assessments and audits
• Lead risk analysis activities using DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies
• Drive corrective and preventive actions from supplier quality issues

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 1–5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality or Supplier Development
• Familiarity with DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Aerospace or Defense manufacturing
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
