Description
You will ensure smooth operation of Azure cloud-based proprietary applications and provide outstanding support to over 1600 travel experts. You will handle user inquiries, manage escalations, create documentation, and assist in training sessions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in application or technical support
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and software support processes
- Ability to work in shift rotation, including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
- Own user inquiries and issues related to platform applications
- Escalate tickets to development team and ensure end-to-end resolution
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Gather user feedback and contribute to platform improvement
