Description

You will ensure smooth operation of Azure cloud-based proprietary applications and provide outstanding support to over 1600 travel experts. You will handle user inquiries, manage escalations, create documentation, and assist in training sessions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in application or technical support
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and software support processes
  • Ability to work in shift rotation, including weekends
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Own user inquiries and issues related to platform applications
  • Escalate tickets to development team and ensure end-to-end resolution
  • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues
  • Gather user feedback and contribute to platform improvement
