💼 About This Role

You'll develop and implement a comprehensive events plan for a leading AI company, managing new event spaces and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. You'll ensure seamless execution of internal events that align with Mistral AI's culture and objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape exceptional experiences for Mistralers in a dynamic, innovative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute internal event strategy aligned with company culture
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships in Paris
  • Serve as primary contact for internal teams hosting events

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years total experience, with 5+ years as Event Manager
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in English and French
