💼 About This Role

You'll develop and implement a comprehensive events plan for a leading AI company, managing new event spaces and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. You'll ensure seamless execution of internal events that align with Mistral AI's culture and objectives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute internal event strategy aligned with company culture
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
• Build and maintain vendor relationships in Paris
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams hosting events

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years total experience, with 5+ years as Event Manager
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluency in English and French
