You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a brand-new Hyderabad office of a leading enterprise automation platform. Your core impact will be building and nurturing talent pipelines to power global growth. This initial 12-month contract role offers a chance to shape a new hub from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to design smart recruitment processes.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and interview frameworks.
- Run screening calls, assessments, and interview coordination.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- At least 1 year in-house recruiting experience.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or tech.
- Familiarity with an ATS (preferably Greenhouse).

- Combination of agency and in-house experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
