You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a brand-new Hyderabad office of a leading enterprise automation platform. Your core impact will be building and nurturing talent pipelines to power global growth. This initial 12-month contract role offers a chance to shape a new hub from the ground up.

  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to design smart recruitment processes.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and interview frameworks.
  • Run screening calls, assessments, and interview coordination.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • At least 1 year in-house recruiting experience.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or tech.
  • Familiarity with an ATS (preferably Greenhouse).
