You'll join Toast's Enterprise Risk team to drive risk analytics, reporting, and process automation. You'll build AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance risk processes across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape the ERM program at a fast-growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain risk dashboards using BI tools
• Administer and evolve the enterprise risk management system
• Design, build, and deploy AI automation workflows for risk processes
• Support issue governance and risk intelligence assessment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification
• 5+ years of data analysis experience
• Risk analytics experience in technology or financial institution
• Experience with Generative AI for data analysis and report generation

• SQL and Python skills
• Experience with Hex, Snowflake, Splunk
