💼 About This Role

You'll maintain parts inventory and assist customers at an EquipmentShare rental facility. Your work directly supports construction rental operations with accurate inventory management and timely parts ordering. This is a Monday-Friday, 7-5 role with overtime pay after 40 hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing and invoicing
• Handle daily parts orders including shipping and receiving
• Obtain and prepare parts quotes
• Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicate with vendors

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record to pick up and deliver local parts
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs

• Previous experience in construction or heavy equipment industry
• Knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets
