Description

You will own and deliver cross-functional execution programs within the Office of the COO, ensuring high-impact initiatives tied to revenue growth and operational efficiency are executed with discipline and measurable outcomes. This role focuses on turning priorities into shipped results by managing follow-through and resolving cross-functional friction.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Operations, Strategy Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or similar operational roles
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Experience managing OKR/KPI frameworks and accountability processes across multiple teams
• Strong ability to translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from scoping through completion, defining timelines and success metrics
• Own operational execution of company-wide OKR and KPI process
• Drive follow-up from Business Rhythm Meetings and coordinate across Revenue, Finance, IT, Product, and Operations
• Coordinate data extraction and validation to support program decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve execution standards and process efficiency
