💼 About This Role

You'll work as part of a team with CFGI professionals, Big 4 auditors, and client management to analyze financial information and identify key issues on engagements. You'll own projects from start to finish, making a true business impact across diverse industries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions
• Conduct accounting projects for business unit carve-outs
• Prepare SEC financial and regulatory filings
• Perform research and documentation for new ASC standards

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting
• 2-5 years of public accounting or industry finance experience
• Minimum 2 years at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC)
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
