📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of mortgage servicing or claims experience.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Knowledge of mortgage industry practices and claims processes.
• Experience with mortgage servicing platforms such as LPS-MSP.
