Description

You will own the full captain acquisition process, from onboarding 3PL partners to ensuring supply meets demand in Saudi Arabia. Your work directly supports Careem's growth by building strong supplier relationships, tracking fulfilment targets, and resolving operational issues to keep the market running smoothly.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in acquisition, logistics or operations
• Proven track record in last mile operations or supplier management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (SQL is a plus)
• Proficiency in Arabic and English; based in Riyadh

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full captain acquisition process
• Initiate and manage onboarding with 3PL partners and suppliers
• Align captain supply with growth plans and track fulfilment targets
• Distribute uniforms and coordinate training initiatives
• Serve as point of contact for resolving operational issues with suppliers and captains
