• Process inbound sales queries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Engage customers to identify needs and suggest relevant products.
• Handle invoicing, tracking, and internal reports using computer systems.
• Assist sales team with administrative tasks and streamline workflows.

📋 Requirements

• C1 level or above in French and Dutch (written and verbal).
• C1 level or above in English (written and verbal).
• Relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
