💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, fast-moving team deploying AI datacenter network infrastructure at massive scale. Your role is hands-on: configuring switches, validating optical connections, and resolving blockers to turn designs into production networks. You'll own pod deployments end-to-end and develop expertise in AI fabric turn-up while growing into leadership roles as the organization scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy and validate datacenter network infrastructure
• Configure switches and manage hardware logistics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers
• Maintain documentation and propose process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years in datacenter network engineering
• Hands-on experience with EVPN/VXLAN and BGP
• Comfortable with CLI configuration and network validation
• Travel-ready for 70-80% onsite deployments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML fabrics (RoCEv2, lossless Ethernet)
• Vendor platform knowledge (Arista, Juniper, or NVIDIA)
• Automation experience with Ansible or Python
