💼 About This Role

You'll define the payments product strategy for SoFi's Big Business Banking platform, owning the API and portal experience for commercial clients. Your work directly shapes how institutional money moves across wires, ACH, and real-time rails, driving adoption of a zero-to-one commercial banking platform backed by a national bank charter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define payment product roadmap and prioritize backlog
• Design end-to-end UX for treasury payment workflows
• Define API contracts, error handling, and developer experience
• Partner with Risk and Compliance on payment controls

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, finance, or quantitative field
• 5+ years product management experience in payments or B2B fintech
• Deep understanding of payment rails (wires, ACH, real-time, stablecoins)
• Experience shipping APIs for external developers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a bank or BaaS provider on commercial/treasury side
• Familiarity with real-time payment rails (FedNow, RTP) or stablecoin settlement
• Experience with developer-facing products (Stripe, Plaid, Marqeta, etc.)
