💼 About This Role

You'll lead a modular segment of revenue cycle management for a large healthcare organization, managing up to 100 FTEs across professional and hospital billing environments. You'll own operational performance for a specific AR scope and drive real-time staffing and capacity decisions in a fully remote setting. This role is highly visible with direct client responsibility and a focus on measurable financial outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage up to 100 FTEs delivering modular revenue cycle services
• Own operational outcomes for assigned payer segments, denial management, or billing workflows
• Make real-time staffing, prioritization, and capacity decisions based on fluctuating inventory
• Serve as primary operational client contact and manage performance discussions

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management
• 3–5+ years of direct people leadership managing teams of 50–100+ employees
• Experience operating within modular or segmented AR/revenue cycle models
• Strong background in both professional billing and hospital/facility billing environments
