Description

You will support complex audiovisual systems integration projects across commercial environments, installing, configuring, commissioning, and servicing professional audio, video, control, and collaboration systems. This senior-level role requires independent execution of complex installations and leading onsite crews to ensure exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional AV or Pro Audio installation experience
• Proven experience leading installation crews or as a lead technician
• Strong knowledge of audio, video, control systems, signal flow, and termination standards
• Ability to independently manage tasks and drive projects to completion
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate MEWPs/aerial lifts

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission professional AV systems including video conferencing, displays, DSP audio, and control systems
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints; perform custom cabling and rack fabrication
• Troubleshoot complex AV systems during installation and post-deployment
• Lead and coordinate onsite installation crews, assign tasks, and ensure quality standards
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain professional jobsite demeanor
