You will independently lead observational studies using healthcare claims data to support commercial analytics and generate actionable insights for drug development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, design analyses, and deliver clear results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience in RWE, HEOR, or healthcare data roles
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, statistics)
• Advanced SQL proficiency with complex queries on large healthcare datasets
• Understanding of claims data structures, study design, coding systems (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, NDC)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform real-world data using SQL
• Design and execute observational analyses for RWE, HEOR, commercial, and clinical questions
• Build and maintain reproducible code and workflows with validation
• Synthesize results into concise deliverables highlighting implications and limitations
• Develop and maintain reference medical ontologies and healthcare databases
