Requirements

• Pre-sales solutions consulting experience with consultative techniques
• Experience with global payroll processes and systems
• Understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Strong technical aptitude to learn and demonstrate software solutions

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute sales strategy
• Be a Global Payroll subject matter expert and provide best practice guidance
• Communicate value proposition through tailored demos and proposals
• Develop sales playbooks and materials for Global Payroll
